Gradiente is aggressively making its moves to make a mark in the Media & Entertainment. The latest being Gradiente’s Chairman Mr. V.R. Mathur with its Director-Entertainment Division Mr. Rupesh D Gohil made an impromptu announcement on Sunday for acquiring the rights of supernatural thriller 4D Gujarati play ‘Ae ahi j chhe’ written and directed by Nimesh Diliprai a popular name in Gujrati films and theatre industry.
Mr. V.R. Mathur after watching the Play expressed his appreciation on stage and expressed Gradiente’s intention to acquire the rights of the play to make a pan India film under its banner Gradiente Infotainment Limited. He requested Mr. Rupesh Gohil to contact makers of the Gujarati play Nimesh Diliprai for further developments.
Gradiente’s poised to exploit the exponential opportunities offered by OTT platform. Gradiente expects to garner a market share of 2% of the total Indian Market with an outlay of INR 50 Billion (Rs. 5,000 crores) in the next 2 years.
In pursuit of its stated objectives, Gradiente has enhanced its Authorised Capital from 3,00,00,000 shares of Rs. 10/- each to 13,00,00,000 shares, to partly fund the expansion plan by way of preferential allotments, and further funding by way of debt, FPO, ADRs and other market instruments.
