Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], September 22: SecondAct, the personal and professional transformation platform founded by Archana Dutta, will host the Third Edition of the SecondAct Awards on October 1, 2026, at PVR Lido, Juhu, Mumbai. The special celebration will recognise individuals from diverse walks of life whose journeys reflect courage, conscious choice, reinvention and meaningful impact.
Launched in 2024, the SecondAct Awards were created to bring greater visibility to the stories behind change: the moments when people question what no longer fits, challenge convention and find the courage to create a different path. The Mumbai edition will bring together changemakers, professionals, entrepreneurs, creators and leaders whose journeys demonstrate that reinvention is not defined by age or circumstance.
For SecondAct, reinvention is not simply about changing careers or starting over. It is about recognising that we can live multiple lives within one lifetime, and that at different stages we may need to pause, listen, unlearn, reimagine and consciously design what comes next.
Speaking about the event, Archana Dutta, Founder of SecondAct, said, “A SecondAct is not simply about changing careers or starting something new. Founded by Dutta following her own transition after nearly three decades of leadership experience across the aviation and hospitality sectors, SecondAct has grown into a platform that supports women across ages and stages of life as they navigate career transitions, identity shifts, leadership changes, personal pivots and questions around what comes next.
Today, SecondAct has touched the lives of more than 500,000 women through its programmes, initiatives and wider community.
