Every gram in the sachet has a job. The 32 include creatine, omega-3 DHA, CoQ10, magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, ashwagandha, curcumin, NAC, glycine, L-theanine, bacopa, saffron, lutein and astaxanthin.
